Kalban began with a small asphalt patch and repair job. We follow the process which consists of filling the affected areas with hot or cold asphalt mix, depending on the season and/or site location. Restriping

ADA Compliant Ramps

Kalban works on Ramps like Slope and Rise, General, Clear Width, Landings, Handrails, Cross Slope and Surfaces, Edge Protection, Outdoor ramps, and their approaches shall be designed so that water will not accumulate on walking surfaces.

Sidewalks

Kalban works on proper compaction and preparation of the subgrade beneath the sidewalk. In cold temperatures, we protect newly poured concrete sidewalks from freezing for at least five days after placement. In warm temperatures, we apply wet curing or the application of a liquid membrane-forming curing compound is needed to retain adequate moisture in the concrete while its strength is developing.

Curb & Gutter

Kalban works on all the shape and size of a curbs. Also, we design gutters that help in draining of the water successfully that slides down from the other side of the pavement thus avoiding the water from entering into the pavement area.
